Ordering information

We try to make our website as easy as possible to navigate. Here are the steps needed to complete an order.
Determine the part number of the K & N product you wish to purchase. Use the Application Search to find a product for your vehicle and click on the link to obtain pricing. If you do not see your model listed, K&N probably does not make a product for your vehicle. Please check back later to see if your vehicle's product has been added.

Once you have clicked on a "Buy" link to a product number, the product with discount pricing will load into the shopping cart If this is the only product you want, click the "proceed to checkout" link. If you are wanting additional products, please click on the "continue shopping" link. Fill-out our
Secure Order Form and we'll get your K&N product to you shortly via UPS or FedEx Ground. Free Shipping on purchases over $75.00 OR $8.99 for purchases under $75.00, Except Alaska, Hawaii and Wholesale, (where additional shipping charges apply).


We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We only accept credit cards from Cardholders with a USA mailing address. Shipments cannot be made to a different State then the Cardholder. We do not ship outside of the USA. We reserve the right to refuse orders that are not being sent to a cardholder's billing address.

We ship all in stock items the same day if ordered by 11AM West Coast Time (2PM East Coast Time) We ship our products within the USA only (50 States - We do not accept APO or FPO Orders).

You will receive a confirming E-Mail within minutes of placing your order. Please print it and refer to the invoice number for any inquiries. A UPS or FedEx Tracking Number will be sent to you via E-Mail the day after your product has shipped.

Return Policy


Returns
Are accepted for 30 days after shipping date.
The product must be sent back to us *Prepaid* via UPS, FedEx or insured USPS in the original packaging. A shipping service with a tracking number is recommended. A 20% restocking fee is charged on refunds. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the actual UPS or FedEx shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or FedEx/UPS Ground Shipping Fees are not refundable. Returns that arrive after 30 days of shipping date will not be accepted.

The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited within 1 week of receipt of product. Please e-mail our Customer Service Department at support at 4filters.com for a RA (Return Authorization) Number. Please print the RA Number on the outside of box clearly, in BIG LETTERS. We refuse all packages without this number.

Cancellations
Once an Order Number has been assigned, an order is considered final. We are unable to cancel orders that have been shipped. You will need to call for a RA # (Return Authorization Number). To cancel an order that has not been shipped, please e-mail support at 4filters.com for a Cancellation Number. Special Orders are not returnable for credit or refund.


Sales Tax
We charge 7.75% sales tax only for orders shipped to a California address.

Privacy
We do not sell or provide any of the information you supply to any third party. Your e-mail address is used *only* for sending your order confirmation and UPS/FedEx Shipping/Tracking Information. It is not used for any other use.
